Converted to B&W, contrast played with to give a litho effect plus grain. Apologies for the brick wall

Chris this is great treatment and light!

I really like the brick but that G-shock is indeed sticking out like a sore thumb...

Yea! I known surenj. She just loved her G-shocks, actually quite a bit more than me :D

Perhaps it's fitting that you left it prominently in the picture!

For a moment there I though she'd had a tracheotomy! That's a hard image Chris....it's a hard image against a hard, cold background. It just reeks of emotional symbolism. What are you really trying to convey? :?: :?: :?:

I quite like this shot, the darkness in the eyes and cold expression are great and make one think more about whats going on! I am glad I am not on her bad side

The watch does not bother me so much, but I reckon having her as centred would work better since the space on the left is not doing much imo, she is not looking over there and there is not much interesting on the brick wall.

Thanks all for the feedback.

To be fair to the young lady here is a more normal shot from the same time period. The watch is still apparent

I much prefer the second image. Charming.
Suren...I failed medical terminology and was so traumatised that I became a deaf mute.

I must say I too prefer the second image, only because it's a much softer, more natural and open pose. The first one appeals to be because it portrays a strong, emotive woman that well..you wouldn't want to mess with :)

Good stuff Chris.

Oh it was a fluoro green G shock as well.

After seeing the second portrait (also hand on chin), I have a feeling that you wouldn't want to mess with her at all!

I am captivated by the first image, very strong emotion written all over her face, the 2nd image is strange, she seems uncomfortable...posed...that watch

So what's wrong with tracheotomy?

A lovely person who decided that I was too old for her (and I agree).

We are still friends.

Tracheotomy is the process of making the whole, i.e the surgical procedure.
Tracheostomy is the actual hole that is created.
There is a little bit of understanding and variance as the term 'tracheotomy' is quite American in it's use.
Either/or really :)
You're ok Matt :)

Sorry - o/t I know.
