Thanks to Gerry we did a longish trek out to Malabar rock shelves. We avoided getting sunk in Sewerage, getting shot or falling off a cliff. I still almost got my camera completely wet...

Due to our enthusiasm getting absorbed in the local scenery during the trek, (and I was a little late) we got there slightly late...

The subject like sound like a good title for a movie

Good series Surenj though not sure if you have a db (or is it sewerage) in the sky in #2.

Shame we missed the best part of the light but the company was good and what else would you rather be doing at 5.30am in the morning than a brisk walk.

It would have been a great horror movie if we had been attacked by zombies down there. We didn't have mobile reception either and couldn't have run easily. What a scene it would have been, bashing down zombies with Manfrotto and Benro...

thats the politically correct way of saying crawling thru a barely discernable overgrown track.

I am liking the first two images most, the first image is quite nice and the shutter speed is spot on, I would like to see it in a pano style but it would lose the key elements. The leading line of the rock is nice and would be helped with some more detail in the rocks, however I know thats probably impossible without some HDR work.

#2 & #3 I think could be improved with a slightly faster shutter? also I reckon that cliff face needs some warmth, in my eyes it had more of sunrise glow to it, could be wrong though...

I have tried a little single image HDR and realised that there is some detail to be had... Might post up a jazzed version soon.
