Photographers rights rallySadly, only a very few DSLRusers (3 that I know of), members turned up for this important rally. I found it very ironic that there were 3 or 4 members of the police force watching over the rally...yet a few hours later about 60 members of a motorcycle gang roared into the back of Circular Quay yet not a cop in sight. It's all about priorities I guess. Photographers are the barsteds here. Here's a couple of pics of the rally and a couple I took on the walk back to the car.

Re: Photographers rights rally#2 there is some guy photographing you... IF you look through the forums I bet you could find a portrait of you...
Re: Photographers rights rally
well thats a pretty good turn out really considering the numbers as of late - that said I am pleased to know there were quite a number of forums/clubs represented on the day and the overall turn appears to be good. On a side note whats with the 'Bring Back the Love' placard? reusing placards from something else I really like the last image Matt, all the elements (clock, people and car) come together well and just work as a composition! gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Photographers rights rallyWhoa Matt - that last shot is just superb - wacky scale makes for one compelling image.
