Photographers rights rally

Sadly, only a very few DSLRusers (3 that I know of), members turned up for this important rally. I found it very ironic that there were 3 or 4 members of the police force watching over the rally...yet a few hours later about 60 members of a motorcycle gang roared into the back of Circular Quay yet not a cop in sight. It's all about priorities I guess. Photographers are the barsteds here. Here's a couple of pics of the rally and a couple I took on the walk back to the car.

well thats a pretty good turn out really considering the numbers as of late - that said I am pleased to know there were quite a number of forums/clubs represented on the day and the overall turn appears to be good.

On a side note whats with the 'Bring Back the Love' placard? reusing placards from something else

I really like the last image Matt, all the elements (clock, people and car) come together well and just work as a composition!

Whoa Matt - that last shot is just superb - wacky scale makes for one compelling image.

Nice work on the last 2 Matt... as always...

I wanted to be there, but unfortunately can't walk very far at the moment...

Glad to see it got such a good turnout tho... I particularly liked the "Don't Censor Our Sensors" slogan :-)
