That is one of the finest images I've seen from you. Inspired composition, sublime colours and an interesting subject. 10/10 Peter

Re: Boat, Jetty and SunsetHey Bob,
I wonder, would you still like this image if the boat shed wasn't in the shot? How much does it add overall?
Re: Boat, Jetty and Sunset
Mate - I really don't even think along those lines. I simply look for the most interesting available composition in the area I am shooting at the time. To do what your suggesting I'd have to clone it/them out and that is something I rarely do. Bob

Re: Boat, Jetty and Sunset
I wasn't suggesting cloning it out. I wonder whether it adds or subtracts from this image. I am tending towards subtractions but wasn't quite sure.
Re: Boat, Jetty and SunsetIt certainly appeals to me , great colours, interesting to look around, great use of tree for framing etc ...must be a big tidal difference looking at the depth of the bank
I'm just jealous 'this is just across the road' wish I had that view DebT DebT

Re: Boat, Jetty and SunsetBob,
If that's just across the road, I'm moving to where you are; this is just pure magic. Suren, That's an interesting question, but one which, I suspect, there's no answer to. g.
