Another trip up to the Blue Mts, this time I dragged Alfred along (as well as a few others). What a reception we got, a white out and constant drizzle, however this didnt stop us from enjoying a day of short walks to capture some of the beautiful scenery not too far off the road but a lot less visited by tourists.

Really loving #2. Great backlighting and water action there. The sheen on the rock also adds.

Was it very windy? BTW: There is no harm in increasing contrast for every image apart from #2.

It wasnt very windy, but the camera was getting plenty of water from the splashes.

Thanks Suren

#1 is a prime example of where a CPL would have made this shot many times better imo. The shot is nicely exposed as it is but with a polariser there would have been much more saturation (apparent) due to teh removal of the reflections off teh foliage, the removal of the water reflectiosn would have also helped - nonetheless it is my favourite of this bunch due to the interesting composition.

#3 and #4 need to have white water rather than grey water imo. It looks (particularly with the #3) like the highlights have been recovered too much.
