This is a two shot pano which required a bit of effort as I took them too wide!

the colours are truly beautiful; imo though my eyes wander looking for something to hold my attention. i think it needs something to anchor it personally...horizon dead centre doesnt help in this regard either.

I tend to agree in regards to the image and my eyes wandering! But i dont mean to say i don't like it, as i really do, i love the reflections in the water you captured and how the colors are reflected so well. If it were my shot i'd be stoked!! So yeah love it, in my opinion I think you did a great job!

Suren, this shot looks premo on da telephone! I like the version as shown, I think with colours like this, which are the primary focus, symmetry and reflections are a great idea. Cropping to thirds I think would lose something - it would be ok if there was another focus point though.

As bigv mentioned cropping the left might help, imo just to remove those dark hangover.

You've framed this well for the reasons already covered above. While the clump of rocks on the left detracts from the image I'd be more inclined to clone them out than crop the image.

Thanks boys for pointing out the obvious distraction in the lower left that I had overlooked!! I am also in favour of cloning rather than cropping this would cause alot of imbalance as it doesn't really have a focal point.

I deliberately didn't include a strong focal point in this one as I wanted the viewer to dart around a bit looking at the colors and the reflection. [I am usually a strong follower of the foreground 'interest' ]

Gerry, EVERYTHING looks better on the telephone I find. it enhances colors and hides focus issues...
