A friend of mine asked me if I could take some photos of her in costume, and I felt particularly inspired to do some low key lighting which I thought suited the shoot. It was my first attempt at low key lighting and would love to know what you think


 PS. She's dressed as the undead witch from the game Left 4 Dead.

It's not.

Remember that you have a privileged view of any links back to whatever hosting you are using, but we don't. I use VMs, different browsers, other PCs, etc to check these sorts of things in a non-privileged environment.

I love these, particularly the second. They are horrid and repulsive, yet the subject seems to be seeking sympathy or help.

I couldnt see them either, but i followed the links by hitting quote.

I see that they are both from the end of the night. I still havent really done anything with my shots from this shoot...simply no desire to even look at the moment.

I like these images, they really do have that Zombie feel to them

Its seems that some people arent able to view pics, although Ive permitted hotlinking to DSLRUsers Ive tried viewing this thread on different devices (phone, iTouch other pc) and it seems to work, quite strange.

I've had no issue with seeing the images...

I've looked at this pictures a number of times.

They are disgusting. I think you have really done well to evoke this feeling. They work despite the soft light! Just for interest do you have any with harder light?

I can see the images ...... very cool zombie feel!!

The shots are great.... I particularly like the second one, where you can see her eyes... that adds a lot to the photo to me.
