Cathy, do they have casinos in San Diego? Nice set and great eye contact on the Lion.

Hi :-) Im sure there were casinos in San Diego but we didnt find them..... found one or two in Vegas though.... !!

I've got some more puddytats from a wildlife park in San Diego too... they had SUCH a great enclosure.

Overall, a very nice set, here is some C&C :-)

-first one is the best of the lot for me, nice an sharp, good DOF, love it the way it is "scratching its chin".

-good close up on the lion. I would have liked a bit more light on the face but sometimes you have to do with what you are given. At this size it is hard to tell but to me, the focus doesn't quite seem to be on the eyes but just in front.

-third - good eye contact and exposure on this one, well done.

-fourth - I like the pose, really shows how dangerous that beak is :shock: but overall the image is let down by the highlights on the beak and white feathers. You should be able to recover some of these in post processing, I think. it would have always been a hard one to photograph with the dark plumage and dark background.
