Hi 'yall
Here's a couple of images from my recent trip of the land of the long white cloud. Brilliant place and lots of opportunities if you've got the time.

Kaikoura on the south island east coast (and my first play with my newly acquired ND grad filter)

Cathedral Cove

The Fox Glacier canyon (or the Gates of Mordor, take your pick).

Ducks at Larnach Castle (Dunedin).

I'll take the gates of Mordor

This shot and location never ceases to amaze me! you have really protrayed the sheer size here with the inclusion of those people. I think this composition would lend it self to a pano style shot if you had a couple of extra shots on each side!

I quite like the first too, a very nicely layered composition, I am still working out whether that seagull helps or hinders

I'm amazed by the first one. The air is so clear throughout the shot.
It seems every time I go out the air has a haze to it which ruins everything.

I agree with Gerry on the third shot. The people made me realise just how big that canyon is.

Quack.

Love the colours in the first.

Quack.

I'd like to see the rest of the driftwood in the second; it seems to be truncated, to me.

Quack.
