I took it in India with a Canon PowerShot SX30 IS.
It is said that the god Rama run his fingers along
its back thankful of its help.

Very nice capture...those superzoom units really do surprise with the quality that they are capable of despite their small sensors and huge zooms.

Them fingers must have been dipped in ink because I can see some still some signs on it's back!...
Nice capture Zafra. The composition and the eye contact is excellent! Maybe sharpen it up a little.

Awesome shot of the squirrel! great pose and the bokeh is nice and smooth. A slight bump in the contrast is the only suggestion I have.

What I like about this image is that it's a different image of a squirrel.
Usually, the images we see are that of the animal standing on its hindlegs, on a patch of grass, maybe with something in its forelegs.
Here the pose and location are very different from what we normally see, and the image gains from this as a result.

Thanks for the comments. Actually the original is much sharper. I must have
reduced the quality setting too much when saving for the web.
