Sunrise at Malua Bay

We didn't have much of a sunrise opportunity, but these are what I could grab. Honest, brutal C&C appreciated.

composition on #2 is quite good and has alot of potential, however the long shutter does not necessarily enhance the image - it may if it were correctly exposed tho. This image looks like it is one of a 3 bracket shot (the shandow exposed one).
The first one, I would have probably ditched it and chalked it up as experience. It is missing a primary subject point and a method to draw the viewer into the picture and thats just the composition side, maybe more foreground and less sky?
