I might as well throw myself to the lions - This was one of my favourites taken a couple of days ago when walking the dog in the local park:



With the standard kit lens and the first time I've ventured out on full manual mode now that I'm beginning to understand all this exposure malarkey.

There are bonus points to anyone who can spot the horrible dust spec that, because I'm a coward, I'm to scared to attempt to clean off the sensor.

Is the dust mark on the right hand side of the image? Personally, would've just photoshopped out that dust mark

Thanks PiroStitch, it is indeed in the top right quarter of the frame but nearish to the center. I would have removed it but I wanted my first pictures posted to be untouched by digital magic.
