Out the window

Hey guys,
We've recently moved to switzerland and only arrived today. Such a wonderful place for photography. I look forward to sharing some of the photos with you.
On the way over in the plane, the clouds and the sunset were just amazing. Here are some quick snaps out the window to give you an idea of the show it was putting on.

Looks like a different world...
good luck with the move etc...is it permanent? I reckon that is a very photogenic part of the world...

Yes the move is permanent. I am very much looking forward to exploring with my camera. The first thing i've noticed is that the light here is much softer than in Oz. Even in full sun, there isn't as harsh a contrast. I'll get some photos up
ASAP.

I have been to Switzerland numerous times. Picture postcard photo opportunities abound. I hope you enjoy your time there.

Hi Dave,
I was in Switzerland for a few weeks last year and found the photography potential was fantastic for the reasons you have also cited, regarding better/softer light etc. Where abouts are you going to be based? I was not far from Zurich in a little town called Oberrierdon. Such a clean, beautiful city! (but bloody expensive!!). Enjoy!

Double wow...great images.
Best of luck with the move, I am sure you will miss certain things about Australia, but all of Europe is there waiting for you and your camera. Remember to post more shots!
