Well, not sure if many know all those cows around originated in the Goulburn Valley, they've travelled around the world and still a hit where ever they go, i drive past around 10+ cows every day and have never stopped to look at them, but one night about a month ago I finally stopped and had a look with my camera, and well this cow is one of my favourites. CC away if you like. Taken on my d200.
Chaase I'd love to know where your photo of your family was taken with the cows, its what made me think of looking back at this one, interesting things, kids love em don't they!

Hi bigsarg, it was taken here http://www.caldermeadecafe.com.au/
For anyone in Melb with or without kids I would recommend a trip down there.

They have a Cafe that is amazing that serves old style country tucker.

Kristen, I really like this photo. The artist is obviously very clever to paint the skeleton, the way they have. Your treatment of this photo is imho, suited very well, and definitely comes across as a 3d x-ray. I think the vignette you have applied is pretty good.

I would crop it more. From the left hand side, all the way up to the tree behind the bum. You could crop the top (about half of what is there now above the cows head), and even some of the right hand side ... maybe you just should have got a bit closer ...

My only other nitpick, is the bright area, level with the cow's eye on the right edge of fram. Could you darken that slightly? This may be resolved in the crops above.
