If anyone is still awake, The Moon is quite close to Jupiter, heres a pic, hand held, 300mm 1/1250 f/8 ISO 200. Its cropped and slightly sharpened, and levels adjusted slightly, mostly just around Jupiter to make it a bit more visible. (Its in the lower right corner)

at first I didn't think too much of it until I read its hand held! top notch - very nice detail on the moon.

Gordon - for handheld this is an amazing shot. Must admit I thought Jupiter was a dust bunnie at first :wink:
