In Spanish, this wild flower is called "Cardo borriquero" and when I lived in
Scotland I was amused to see it as the national flower. In English is called
thistle. I took this image in Seville (Spain) on the banks of the river
Gualdaquivir during a sunny spell.

yep and its still an ugly flower imo

The vignetting frame detracts from the composition here imo, also a quick touch with the de-noise and sharpen might help. Compositionally good, good context with teh other thistle sin the BG.
