Looking good suren, a few points from my end of the cable.
1) The composition could have be improved by moving the frame left and upwards. This would have the effect of more sky and and less sea on the RHS. This would mean the rock point on the lower left would also intersect the bottom RHS cnr. thus centralising the figures and imo providing a bit more balance the frame. As always, easy in hindsight and its only my POV.
2) well done on the water movement, the shutter speed and timing have nailed the wave and it conveys the sense of the sea, movement and also the closeness of the fisherman to the water.
3) you could push the PP, however I think its pretty well fine where it is.
