Spent the day out with Big V learning how heavy a 400 2.8 is It's totally worth the pain and cost though...

#1 for me - very swish - it looks a little soft however but I think this is because of forum resize (you've set it at 800 pixels - take Gerry's advice and go for 775 wide).
Oh and 400/2.8 Drool... again... cry...

Yes the pain is worth it just for that bokeh, as for cost - you got a really good deal on yours!!!

Stunning images...I am sure your arms will get used to the load....and your tripod will either evolve or be replaced.
