I've been on holiday so I decided to do the touristy things in Sydney. I will now inflict the photos upon you.

Apologies to the New South Welshmen who are understandably bored by these sights.

I've got a few wildlife shots from the two Taronga Zoos which I might post.

And you didnt let anyone know you were in Sydney?

They may be cliche but they have been done well!

No I haven't. As a NewSouthWelshman who rarely gets down to see the bright lights, I find these a refreshing change. The local city slickers all assume they are boring and never post these shots. They seem to forget that others might like to see them now and again without actually having to visit that seedy place.

#2 bothers me a little. I think it is where you chopped the Bridge. Either all of it and less water, or less of it and more water.

The others are great.

Thank you all.
Yes, I snuck in.

The city lights really were impressive. In Adelaide we turn the lights off when we go home. :D
The first night I had dinner by the quey and watched the sun set and lights come on the bridge.

I agree. I found the layout (tall bridge and low Opera House) a real challenge. Unfortunately it's the only pano I did (5 frames). I do have more water on the bottom, that I have cut off. I'll try restitching.

I've returned more water and cut off the bridge.

I'm not sure this works. It feels like too much water now, although the colours are nice.
Ideally I'd need to be in a position where the Opera House and Bridge appear similar sizes, and capture everything. Perhaps from near Kirribilli House? :D

Go the second shot, not too much to improve there...

ya should pipe up and let us know your coming up, we could then show you all teh good spots

I think you might have had a better spot in your one...say that extra 3 metres made all the difference :)

 That looks identical to me!

If I had moved 3m to the left I would have been in water. I like your opera house being slightly more front on.
My shots are geotagged so you can see my locations.
