I went to Parkes last weekend for the 50th anniversary of the radio telescope. Naturally I came back with lots of pictures of the Dish in all its glory and detail. However, this is an image of a slightly different kind, taken inside the visitors centre at the permanent photo exhibition of the the construction of the Dish:

Simple clean lines, well balanced composition, tells a story. My only niggle would be the light in the top left corner and I can not really see the subject of the pics on the wall, little bit frustrating.
