Is that a brick wall i see in the background?
Great pose by the young lady. Your photo could do with a bit more oomph though to do the bride justice. Brides can be very demanding things.

That works really well... I'd be tempted to clone out the bottom bit of light fitting but good idea, worked for me...

Yes it is a brick wall, It's the dividind wall between the two houses it also happens to be the bed room wall. It was taken with the on board flash. I have just recieved my SB600 flash so am looking forward to some experimentind.

wooossshhhh - the sound of a long standing in-joke going over the head of a not-so-long standing member.
Nice photo Steve. I like the fact that the pose shows off the dress and veil (sp?) from two angles.

i like the shot murf59,
however the brick wall is really not appealing. maybe buy some cheap black paper or clothes and hang it behind her to isolate the bride. remember to stop down to darken the bg.
