That, and the amazing, subtle colour tones. The tones and lighting makes this image look very lifelike. May I ask how this was lit?

It was a natural and overcast light with no flash.
I slightly adjusted in Photoshop tone and constrast
and the specs are:
1/320 sec, f/4.5, ISO 80 and 25.5 mm.
