It is quite good! I cannot help but wondering
if the reflection is natural or you created it
from scratch. If you did the latter with the
help of software, it is very well done. Either
way I believe it adds a lot of interest to an
otherwise boring image, specially as it hasn't
got the allure of colour. One more point, the
cloud in the sky is a bit too white and lacks
details so some judicial use of curves or layers
may help you in this task.

Reflections look great, but the buildings look like they are leaning forward a tad. If possible it would be nice to get a bit more detail out of the sky/clouds.

Nice B&W and suits the subject, which is made interesting by the reflection. I agree with Cam about the vertical and clouds.

It looks very promising.

I notice there's a fair bit of moiré in blinds and fences. I don't find that a problem and it suggests there's not much of an anti-aliasing filter. It could work well for IR with an appropriate filter.

Natural reflection. I have only done global PP such as cropping and B&W conversion.

Yes, that appears to be the case in the smaller files. The larger files look much better.
