New 50mm1.8 plus JacksonGot an early Xmas pressie so tried it out on my grandson who was visiting.
Plus a crop of the eye to show myself, my wife and the house - not a bad lens. Regards

I reckon the BW conversion needs to have the contrast pushed more, more blacks and more whites and less grey. gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.

The 50mm is a classic lens and the image quality is just beautiful. Use it often, at F2 and in soft light....and it will produce a winner everytime. Regards
