Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Street - Tamron Adpatall 24mm f/2.5

Some images that I captured whilst I was around Angel Place a few days ago. These were shot using my new Tamron 24mm f/2.5 Adaptall-2 on my D300. I picked this lens up NEW from KEH along with a few others, but sadly this is the only one that survived the postage.

I have been very impressed with this lens, it isnt a SP series lens but it has proven to be more than sharp enough.

C&C greatly appreciated!

That first is a cracker, Cameron. Perhaps a quick straighten of the right lean, but otherwise composition and exposure, together with the timing, a decisive moment if you will.
Regards, Patrick

Two or three lights, any lens on a light-tight box are sufficient for the realisation of the most convincing image. Man Ray 1935.

Cameron,

#2 for me. Just like all the elements that make up the shot :)

Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys....I have been trying to break out of the mould and explore other types of photography, almost a necessity due to my 365/2011.

Actually, I like all of them for different reasons
and I think they are sharp and well taken.
