I call it a hard night the night before

I gotta say I feel a bit dizzy looking at this - and I haven't had anything to drink either!

I am sure there is a term for this, but it eludes me at this moment. In this case, I don't think it has worked - perhaps a more simple shot with slowish shutter would have better portrayed the movement.

...or perhaps you were after that drunken feeling?

  PS - have you used a Polarisor? The blue sky is brilliant :)

it was bright noon day. at f22, i still could get slow enough shutter speed:(. so i resort to use the zoom ring. The effect can be more profound if i had turn the zoom ring faster. PS - did not use Polariser. I used photoshop to increase the saturation.

Zooming whilst making an exposure is the method I used in the last challenge. It only really works if you can use f/22 and up with a speed of at least 1 second. It lends itself more to night shots. :D
