Old faithful Tri-X

I'm addicted to film. All week I was waiting for the weekend to come around so I could go shoot another roll. This time I decided to go for old faithful, Kodak Tri-X 400. Slowing down and spending more time to make sure I get things right pays off tenfold. Here are a few from the second roll.

I was standing in the middle of a snow shower waiting for this. Just thankful for the waist level viewfinder.

Hanging out with other photographers using the latest and greatest DSLRs with a mechanical film MF camera was fun. Pre-focussing and being patient was the key here.

They are definitely Tri-x. Very nice contrast.

I love three and wold love to see it printed at grade 1.5 paper. Are you processing the lm yourself?

FYI: the images aren't displaying in the post for me (but I can open them up individually in a separate tab).

I also like the last best - and I think the square format really suits this composition. Also like the first, not much fussed with the second.

#3 is a great composition with great depth and interest in all layers of the photo.
