Obviously shot from an angle, and in any straightening exercise one must consider not only horizontals, but verticals as well. The trees represent the verticals and these are OK.
The Detroit Edison Co. and 203 look blown, whereas the light has a star. Possibly an aperture of f/11 and around 8 secs may have given a sharper image in this region (speculation only).
