Hunter Valley

We just spent close to two weeks on the road, stopping at Hunter Valley, Coffs, Brisbane, Port Macquarie and home.

Most of my shots were at the Hunter and via film (I have developed 2 of about 20).

Of the rolls I have developed, I was more satisfied with the film shots than the digital. I had trouble getting the HDR to work (using 5 and 9 shot brackets). It is likely to be technique rather than system.

Here are a couple.

The first is from our backyard on the final morning at the Hunter.

I think I need to revisit as there is more of a green cast than I recall.

This was a failed HDR attempt so converted to B&W. We had great cloud action up there.

C&C appreciated

I took many shots on Adox 50 and Pan F with a red filter so am looking forward to printing these on FB paper.

I like the first one and agree with rooz. And it's home. Well, my former home. At a guess, Pokolbin?

Correct - just near the Small Winemakers Centre (not sure if the centre or the winemakers are small)

I like teh first and agree that there is some greenish cast there which needs some work. I think removing that cast and adding some warmth would go a long way to making it a stronger image.
