OvercookedI am currently in love with the idea of over-editing photos on photoshop these are a few that I like... But do these actually work as photos or rather images?

Re: OvercookedSimple answer - images, could even be called graphic images. Nice

Re: OvercookedIm a fan - very interesting take on these images
Re: Overcooked# 2 looks great, I'd hang something like that up in my place! simple lines and a point of interest. Love it! on a big canvas it'd look amazing!!

Re: OvercookedI like them all. Post processing is so subjective, but I like yours a lot. You didn't take these this week by any chance? We were at the Eye on Tuesday!

Re: OvercookedI like #2 - but I'm not sure the heavier processing is what makes it look good (it's much more subtle in this one)
I also like #1 - and the heavier processing adds to this one Not so sure about #3 - it looks like a fine image but I'm not sure the overcooked processing has added to this scene - then again I probably would have monochromed it D600, D7000, Nikon/Sigma/Tamron Lenses, Nikon Flashes, Sirui/Manfrotto/Benro Sticks

OvercookedI like #2 as well.
It needs to be straightened a little, but other than that it's a winner.
Re: Overcooked
Love love love the angle on that one... #2 was taken a while back early last year.. Thanks for the feed back guys... I hadn't noticed but it does require a little straightening.
Re: OvercookedLooks like I was the only one to answer the original question

Re: Overcooked
So True!
Re: OvercookedThe processing works for me. These are very graphic...almost like digital etchings. But they are photographs... or photobased art or simply graphics as Chris has mentioned. We were abel to get similar results using high contrast films, developers and papers back in the days when......well, you get the idea, so nothing has really changed. Or, the more they have changed the more they have stayed the same. Nice work!

Re: OvercookedIn my book, you have converted your photographs
into a very good and artistic graphics image that can stand on their own grounds. I like them all, but perhaps the more artistic and appealing is your second image.
