La Esperanza de Triana

I took this photo last year in Seville on Good Friday.
There is a long tradition in Spain to celebrate the
Holy Week by taking the venerated Saints of their
churches in long processions. Unfortunately, last
year it rained a lot and La Esperanza de Triana ( Our
Lady of Hope (Triana is the chrurch's suburb) couldn't
be taken out so the faithful went to her church to see
the Gipsy Virgin (a queue of thousands and thousands,
hours of waiting for just a few seconds or a minute
tops before having to exit the church).
I hope you like it.
