Was on a day trip in the back roads of the Hunter Region recently and stopped to take some shots of this lonely church in Wollombi early one very overcast morning.

Like what you've done with the processing and my preference is the first one. Nicely balanced tones.

Thanks all. Both were HDR's then converted to monochrome with the contrasty look I'm favouring at the moment

#2 is just stunning...and a B&W!!!! I love the tonal harmonys and the complexity of the image itself. Superb.

- funny - I almost didn't end up with #2 (the wife was calling (annoyed at having to wait no doubt ) as I came out of the gate - I looked back and decided to risk one more )

I'd have the agree with the majority on this one... #2 is the keeper.... #1 is, well, not so.
