Cool starburst in #1 Cam :)

I'm liking #2 but the very bright areas on upper left and right are a bit too much - perhaps a little pano croppage of the top and then burning down the bright areas?

I reckon #3 could have the top third cropped off as well - so the person walking towards us is near the top of the frame and the bright channel is more removed

Thanks Rodney, Zafira. I will have a play with some crops.

With the last....should I keep the red/orange twine?

Love teh graf shots Cam, the first just demonstrates how good teh D700 is at low ligth stuff - i imagine your loving it and it seems to be suiting your style.

The last appeals to me - maybe its the counterstrike connection that I feel more - on that note you know max payne 3 is out now ;)

Thanks Gerry. The D700 has been a god send for the low light stuff...I didnt even bring a tripod with me at all for this trip. The combination of the D700 and the 17-35 has been awesome and I feel that I may not use the 24-70/28-75 that I have (yes I have both - Nikkor/Tamron SP) as I first thought.

I couldnt resist the CS reference...and yes I do know that Max Payne 3 is out...but I am resisting...I have been playing a lot of Global Agenda lately....JetPack + NO ELVES = Winning!

#2 is quite a perspective. Great colour, great subject.
