This is what happens when you don't teach kids how to read, write and spell properly... and when you import your spray cans from China.
It is meant to say 'Kill out gluttony' a sentiment I applaud!

I know who I would kil! And, I would put it straight in their gut.
Seriously, I would stand all graffiti people in a room and spray them with the most noxious paint available.

If the spray cans are Chinese, that would explain why there's no spell-checker.

It is clearly a X-Factorial(or perhaps Trekkian) reference to the "classic" grafitti of the War written by a German Existentialist.
Trnaslation:
"
Kilroy is now
out there...
Good!"

You have it all wrong - it is that word game where you change 1 letter at a time to go from word A to word B. They obviously didn't get the hang of it.

I think it's an advertising agency experimenting with a new slogan for weight watchers.
Probably targeting a new market segment.

It's actually written in reverse, and obviously by a bad speller.
It says I lik tuo tug - I like to tag.

"Kilo Ut Gut" This is an advertisement for ancient guitar strings at a Taiwanese music shop. Of course, "Ut" in Thai-wanese means "cat", so it's fairly obvious to me that they are into (grunge) advertising.
A kilo of cat gut will string approximately 4 guitars, or sitars, or 7 mandolins...

Looks like a combination of different languages. If you add a T and make it Kilo tut good, roughly becomes Kilo is good! Any Weight Watchers tirade?
