The Grumman G-21 Goose amphibious aircraft was designed as an eight-seat "commuter" aircraft for businessmen in the Long Island area. The Goose was Grumman’s first monoplane to fly, its first twin-engined aircraft, and its first aircraft to enter commercial airline service. During World War II, the Goose became an effective transport for the US military (including the Coast Guard), as well as serving with many other air forces. During hostilities, the Goose took on an increasing number of combat and training roles. The adaptable transport continued in postwar use.

Hey Gerry,

I favour the duo tones; The look looks familiar. and also timeless.

#2 and #4 seem the winners here.

#3 slightly too much negative space (or maybe it's my monitor)
#4 The bright light is too much

I like the look of radial engines, they also sound pretty neat.

cheers suren, i like my processing for these and I hope i have developed some style there..

regards #3 yeah you are right, i was trying to avoid the spotlight :twisted:

which i could not avoid in #4, maybe i should clone it out, but i don't think i can be arsed

yeah these PW radials are really nice they sound like real men's engines too
