I took some time off this week and manged to get out to Cockatoo Island to have a look at the 18th Biennale of Sydney. Just for fun I took the D700 and the D80IR and a bunch of vintage lenses (Zenitar 16mm f/2.8 Fisheye, Tamron SP 17mm f/3.5, Tamron 24mm f/2.5) and the ever useful Tamron SP 28-75mm f/2.8.

I like the first Cameron, its a nice shot and makes one really take a deeper look.

I think I will need to enlist some trickery to get rid of the guy on the LHS foreground though.

Thanks buddy

Would be easy enough to lose the guy out of the shot if you wanted to but I would try to make the girl more prominent then as well to make her interaction with the artwork the key subject.
Alternatively just leave it as is as a record of the day... that's what I've done with my captures of this event.

Good images Cameron....the first really demands some serious attention. Love it!
