Moonrise on the Wreck

This one was from last week's full moonrise now that I've had a chance to spend some processing time

Hi Bob - I do like the recovery on the moon and the crop with a bit more breathing room at the bottom but I think in other ways I preferred the softer more ethereal feel posted previously rather than this punchier version. From memory I also liked the position of the single white wave near the horizon on the one Craig posted.

This shot was a tad later making exposure a little trickier but the bonus is the reflections of the moon on the water.

Love it!
It looks like some mechanical Loch Ness Monster moving through the water towards the moon.

I love the simple elements....the primary colours, yellow bouncing off deep blue....and the space and the honesty in the image. It all comes together to make something rather special. I'd hang it on my wall.
