Paella at Coven Garden (London). It is early in the afternnon and one
of the paelleras (paella pans) is already empty...

I agree with Matt.

My home used to be just up the road in Shaftesbury Ave opposite the Prince of Wales theatre. I used to walk to King’s College down through the Seven Dials and onwards. In my day Covent Garden was a real market and not the tourist spot it is today. I can recommend Thank God It’s Friday restaurant in the Garden, if it still exists.

Interesting shot.

We have the "Paella Fella" at Eumundi Markets using much the same size pan.

Nice to see enterprising people and capture them at their trade.
