I like your control of the backgrounds. It is so often neglected by photogs.

With flights to Singapore so cheap, these only make me want to head over there again sooner!

The only possible improvement I can suggest is to
remove the blurred part of the second image, which
rather than giving a sense of depth is detracting
from the main subject.

Nice shots. (I'm about to book another European trip for next February and we discussed a possible stopover in SIN. Maybe a trip to the zoo would be in line?)

I missed out on the zoo last time I was in Singapore, nor did I have a long lens with me that trip. But it does look like it is worth the trip!
