Evening all. Spent last week shooting this event. Its a very well co-ordinated event attracting competitors from all of the globe.
Thought I'd share an image or 3.
Rather than the obligatory cars, bike, quads and buggies e.g.;

WA has such a different kind of light to play with. A very refreshing event despite the distances travelled..

Some very nice shots there, Sylvia. With the first one, I think you can improve the drama if you crop down to just above the tree and also in a bit from the left.

Thanks for the comments. The one pic I used instead of the hundreds of other event shots I took, was qualified with a "rather than". hahaha next time I'll think about using a better shot. However here's another angle on it for you to consider. Thanks again.
