Haven't posted for awhile. I'm still in Prague and it's still as magical as when I first arrived.

Here are some from my recent captures.

Hi Piro

With the first I think I'd be thinking of a pano crop of the middle with this one

I really like Bubble Boy - the sense of joy and wonder is palpable :)

Thanks Rodney.

I had considered doing a pano crop for the first one. When I saw the gentleman standing and looking off into the distance, I immediately thought about using that as an opening scene for a film.

The boy had a completely ball chasing the bubbles and running around the square at the time. Not quite sure where his parents were but I don't think he cared that much.

Hi Wayne, I echo Rodney's comments re the bubble boy.

For the first, I feel it would have been improved had you given the building in the distance to the right more room - that seems to be the point at which the man is looking, and a shift to the left (and change of perspective), may have given the man and building more equal weight. Obviously, easy in hindsight.

I am disappointed in #1, i get stuck at the fact I can't see his feet - i think there is something wrong with me cause its still a top shot :? However I will take another later and see how it grows on me :)

#4 is awesome and would be more awesome if it was just a tad wider. I really love how busy it is and how there are so many focal points and seemingly independent activities going on. My eyes go to the little girl on teh left and wonder what shes looking at, then to the girl on the shoulders and again wonder what they are catching (closer inspection reveals the bubble), then the boy and the man...and wonder what they are doing! cool stuff.

Thanks :) Have a lot more to post, but don't think review and critique would be the best place for it. Will look at posting them in travels and journeys instead.

I had considered including his feet at first but then opted to go for a closer crop as the main objective for me was about the lone subject, standing there observing what was in the distance. Patrick was right in his suggestion that it would have been nicer to include the building to the right. The importance of being pedantic about the background!!! :)
