Found this tiny little frog (approx 20/25 mm long) in the garden this morning after some long awaited rain.
All taken with the D300, 105VR and RI flash.

				Great shots, Geoff.
I think I like the second the best because of the angle and it seems to show more personality. I would like to see a little more detail in the shadows, especially around the right eye (left side of the image).
I believe the frog is Litoria gracilenta, dainty tree frog.

Andrew, I agree with the shadow detail around the eye in the second and did not notice that until I posted it here. Thanks for the ID too, I think you may well be correct after googling the name.

I revisited the original and it has less shadow than presented above, must be something to do with the conversion / upload. Anyway here is a lightened version.

Beatiful macro work. Professional in every sense. Great to see you produce this quality of work and a testament to your photographic skills.

Nice work....I didn't mind the original version, but the rework pops that little bit more!

All very Nice Geoff, the punchy colours hit the mark for me, the lighting is also pretty sweet.
