Color decisions or what do you prefer?Hi,
Returning back to Blackheath images and trying to make them look better. What do you think of them: Original: Velvia Style copy: Mikhail
Hasselblad 501CM, XPAN, Wista DX 4x5, Pentax 67, Nikon D70, FED-2
number 2 has much more life and a better looking image. Good contrast and color saturation..........
big pix Cheers ....bp....
Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer.... Removing objects that do not belong... happy for the comments, but .....Please DO NOT edit my image..... http://bigpix.smugmug.com Forever changing
The Velvia version seems to have much stronger colour and contrast, was the Velvia applied via a custom curve in camera or "simulated" in PP?
Beautiful area, I'd love to get back up there... Aka Andrew
Thanks everyone for your opinions
Actually, first one looks more natural - it was about 5pm, very clodly, dim light. Second one looks more saturated, contrast and bit brighter. So, its natural vs. pleasant I'd say mudder, I applied Velvia action downloaded from internet. Probably I've got it here - http://bleicher.home.comcast.net/ Mikhail
