To Europe and back

I am jet lagged, as usual, sitting here in my study at 2.12am on a Sunday morning. Why is it that you can return home from London, sleep soundly for two nights, then be hit by the dreaded jet lag? After 59 overseas trips, I still can't explain it. Never mind, here's just a few images from the last 5 weeks abroad.

Raspberry delight, approx $2 AUD, from a micro cafe in Lambeth North. I downed quite a few of these for morning breakfasts.

Hi Ozi
#1 yum (what more can I say :))
#2 I reckon could do with a little less sky
#3 maybe pano crop this too (both top and bottom) and maybe lose just a sliver from the right (to remove the fraction of a head)
#4 :)

I think you're right Rodney, here goes another try:

Here's another one of the Colisseum, using the X10 panorama mode:

Ozi, I agree with Rodney on #2 and the redo hits the mark.

#1 - yummy

#3 - from this shot we can tell that you have had too much of #1. How? Well, it is obviously later in the day coz most of the produce appears to have been sold!

#4 - It is a little known fact that Scottish nannies spend most of their time knitting what is known as “the wee warmies” so I would think yon gentleman is well secure in the nether regions. BTW, love the shot.

The one with the sky replaced, and given the sky is replaced, I find the mooon a bit too central for my taste. I find that draws the eye a bit too much to the mooon and not the Colosseum and the overall view.

I think moooving the mooon to the right might help. I would suggest using a content-aware mooove rather than moooving the sky because the clouds at the right give good framing. Then you may need to get in at 100% and carefully remove any artefacts (other than the Colosseum itself).

For me the 1st is the best. I like the second one
as well. I love those colours and the framing
it saying "eat me! eat me now!".
