New lens test with environmental portraits

I posted late last year that I had ordered (another) 5D Mkii. Sadly, that sale fell through. I decided to save some coin anyway and head back to APS-C territory, and purchased a Canon 60D. Whilst in the US of A in January, I noticed that the price of my second-most-favourite lens (behind only the 70-200 F2.8ii) was heavily discounted, that being the Canon EF 50mm F1.2. I snapped one up. This lens gives me a focal length of about 80mm, which I find perfect for portraits. Of course, it also gives the sensational creamy bokeh which his lens is famous for. (Why I ever sold my first copy, I'll never know).
I have a commercial shoot coming up tomorrow morning at a business in Coffs, so I thought I had better get in a little practice. What's better than the missus and daughter #2 cooking up a pastry storm at my son's house. Both photos taken with no flash, and at F1.4. (The lens is acceptably sharp at F1.2, very sharp at F1.4 and from then on becomes razor-like).
