Today (5 May 2013) I marched with my union to celebrate Labour
Day and I saw this teacher wearing this fantastic hat. I've never
seen anything like it so I asked her permission to take the photograph
and as a bonus I got the message as well.

You need to photoshop little people and farm sheds into the hat. Lucky it didn't start to rain, it would have sprouted.
