Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...A triptych created from three of the vertically composed images I made at Austinmer.
The left frame was actually taken just on sunrise, the middle frame about 20 minutes before sunrise and the right a bigstopper long exposure taken after sunrise. Any feedback and PP suggestions welcomed Three Faces of Austinmer D600, D7000, Nikon/Sigma/Tamron Lenses, Nikon Flashes, Sirui/Manfrotto/Benro Sticks

Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...doesn't work for me rodney. the images are too similar and there's not enough interest in them to carry it off.

Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...suren it.
the last image the triptych is worthy on its own. gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...I'm with Chris on this. Not sure what to suggest, given the similarity of each of the images.

Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...Ok OK
I note that you have a very similar image to the last frame Gerry (taken from a smidge further back I think?) D600, D7000, Nikon/Sigma/Tamron Lenses, Nikon Flashes, Sirui/Manfrotto/Benro Sticks

Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...First of all, they are beautiful images. From a trippy itch perspective there is an element missing...for instance, something like, let's presume in frame 1 there is a champagne bottle and 2 glasses full of bubbly. Next frame the glasses are empty and 1 glass is tipped over...last frame bottle and 1 glass smashed and other glass missing. All of this in the foreground of course. So we get a kind of mysterious narrative. Or something else along those lines. Or some other element that relates to each frame.

Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...Good try, but it doesn't seem to work.
I think the horizon needs to be levelled, but on the whole the three good pictures don't improve the composition.
Re: Triptych: Three Faces of Austinmer...They're all good Rodney, as has been stated, but I have to agree, I don't think the triptych works here. They don't need a triptych. Maybe a print of each in three separate rooms....
