Long Reef Sunrise...

An early morning session at Long Reef at Collaroy on Sydney's Northern beaches with Gerry and Suren.

The stones leading us towards where the sun will rise in about twenty minutes

We actually got quite a bit of nice colour in the other direction (looking west) as well as a smattering of clouds - this image a single frame looking sort of south westish taken just a couple minutes before sunrise

Hi Rodney
You are getting very good at these. I love the leading lines of the rocks that draw the eye in and the sympathetic PP.

I would add superbly good, Matt. Now, to teach us plodders some of your technique Rodney. Oh wait, that would mean rising at 2.56am three times a week to practice..... :biglaugh:

Thanks Ozi - and thats so not true - it would only be once a week (sometimes less) and it's 4:30AM at the moment so you get to sleep in :)
