Meh or Bleh?

From the steps which get you up onto the deck of the Sydney Harbour Bridge

Nice, but dare I say...a little boring.
Is that handrail painted blue ??

Yeah - I know... It isn't what I was hoping for in either case - I think shooting it from across the harbour at Kiribillli is likely my only option for what I want

I believe that handrail is actually blue
